Last few months there has been almost daily disruption of telecast in kozhikode, on contacting central no: you are kept on hold for a very long time. Once details taken usual reply - will let local office know. You have to ring them several times during the day & go through the whole thing again, then they say ‘fault in line, shortage of technicians, common issue’. Every time electricity goes off there is no telecast.
When you ask for the managers contact no: they don’t give this either.
What are the executives / managers for if they can’t find a solution to these repeated disruptions. Do they even know what is happening at the ground level, do they look at the complaints register to see if there are more complaints from one particular area...
The quality of the service is very very poor.
We wanted to change the set box, we were given booking reference no: & told we will be contacted within 24hrs, of course no one contacted us.
They are prompt in getting the advance payment threatening the connection will be terminated otherwise.
If you ring the local office kozhikode nobody ever picks up the phone.
