Asianet Satellite Communications — i don't want to pay you for the service you have not provided | |||
Asianet has made their subscription prepaid from june 2020 onwards. So in my statement for the month of may june subscription cost was also added. I did not pay the amount as i needed to know why this extra amount (June subscription) was added. So they disconnected my cable network and i haven't been able to watch tv since may 28. Now they require me to pay the bill for these two days also. As i haven't got their service for these two days, i require a refund. I don't want to pay you for the service you have not provided. Please look into this issue asap. And again my point of contact for asianet digital (Name jaya - tripunithura region) behaved very rudely when i enquired her about above. She said " i dont know about this. You go and enquire with customer service". Then what's her role in the company? Just go to houses and collect money? It was her responsibility to take the issue to higher authorities and initiate the refund. Pathetic service you guys have. Was this information helpful? | |||
