2 days back, 2 broadband technicians visited my place to reinstall the wifi connection in my new place. They said, the connection would be available to me within 4 hours after fixing the modem. We waited the whole day, but in vain. The next day early morning, my husband complained and they told us they would fix it in 24 hours. Because we did not receive any response from them, we kept on calling them atleast 6-7 times. "your complaint has been registered, we will attend within 24 hours" was the only dialogue they were telling us. Till today we were not visited by any technicians. I called them today morning and they told the same thing. I dont understand what they think of their customers. What can be done next. Was this information helpful? |
