Dear sir, i had made complaint in asianet customer care Several times. Regarding the plan change issue in my subscription. I had Change to new scheme on 09/02/2018. I choose on default 26 channels and 47 channels i had purchased. Sum of 200 rs. 22/02/2018 i had added 50 Rs and try to buy new channels and it failed due to some technical Error it shown my previous order locked. I called customer care they add Me 2 channels. But later i found my balance fall down to -641. Rs. Without my knowledge kerala hd emerald package added to my subscription List. As well as they took slab price also. I had complaint the mistake To customer care several time still now its not cleared. I complaint them through their company website few days later i got failure mail.
