Asianet Satellite Communications — More than 2 week wait for repair technician to show up.
Here is a copy of the letter, I sent off to the CEO and Exec VP of Asianet, Dealing with the Peroorkada branch has been a nightmare. I have been an Asianet customer for more than 5 years, I enjoyed reasonably good service from your office in Kovalam. Since my move to Kurvankonnam, dealing with the Peroorkada branch customer service representatives has been an experience in frustration and aggravation. Last time it took 2 weeks for a technician to show up for a complaint resolution, the standard operating procedure seems to be, Call up the customer on the following day verify the address, and then promptly report the complaint as resolved. As the customer is unaware that the resolution has been reported, he/she has to go thru the whole procedure of placing a complaint again and again. This time around, I am still at round 1, knowing from experience that if I will not reach out to someone who can rectify this practice, I will be made to suffer for the next 2-3 weeks. Can someone in your offices reach out and help out a customer?. Depending on your action I will have to decide to retain Asianet, or switch to Satellite service. Thanks Daniel Thomas As of now there has been no resolution. Most probably will cancel my account and fight to get my money refunded. Was this information helpful?
