Asianet Satellite Communications — not received the refund yet | |||
Hi, For some unexpected reasons we were compelled to terminate the asianet internet service which was on my father's name. (Sub code: ca22150). We also surrendered the modem for which we were supposed to get a refund of ₹ 2000/-. It's almost more than 5 weeks now that we are getting the same reply whenever we inquire - like the money is already credited to the billing account but taking time to get transferred to our bank account. I wonder why asianet is not taking necessary steps to rectify this problem. My humble request is to consider this matter with due importance and to do the needful at your earliest convenience.
