My Sub code is PB 727. My Asianet broadband plan was terminated on May 2 2019. I terminated the connection because their was frequent interruption in the availability of internet connection. I purchased a plan of rs 799 for 1 year from January 2019 to January 2020. i cancelled the plan after April. i called customer care executive, and the told me that the connection was terminated on May 2. i paid 9450 for a year and I had used only for 4 months. So I asked them for refund and they said that it will take them up to 30 days to give me refund and i provided my bank details so that they can easily transfer the money to my bank account. As of today it has been 34 days since I asked for refund. The customer care executive is saying that it is still pending, they now saying that I haven't returned the modem, that is why it is taking so long. They are saying that it will take another two weeks for refund. The Asianet executive had informed me that there is an option to collect the modem from my house or hand over the modem at the office, I chose to the first one. Even after 20 days their was no response from them nor nobody came to collect it. When i called the customer care they told me that they will take the modem some day. After a few days i inquired about the refund via E-mail to Helpdesk. From which the have informed me " For processing your request, kindly share the receipt received while submitting the modem". Since they haven't collected the modem from my home i couldn't produce the receipt.It is due to the irresponsibility or improper guidance I received from Asianet, I didn't get the refund even after this much days. On going through the website of Asianet it is seen that "no refund is allowed". They are responsible to refund my balance money. But on inquiry with the Helpdesk they informed me that I will get my refunded within 45 days. So how is it possible if you do not have a refund policy.
