I ordered an 100mbps connection on the first week of November 2021 and paid the amount the same week. They told me they can install the connection free of cost because of my plan and they took weeks and they haven't set up my connection. I got fed up and I have initiated a refund of 2450/-. It's been weeks since i initiated the refund. I contacted the customer service almost 3 times a week and still no use. I want this issue resolved ASAP

Updated by Satheerth They sent an email reply after almost a month that they have "forwarded to higher department for immediate action". This was 3 days ago btw.
