Asianet Satellite Communications — subscription cable tv advance paid

I have paid cable TV Subcription in advance for 14 months and it is valid up to 30 June 2019. But after TRAI regulations they started charging according to their whims and fancies and taken an amount of Rs 990 as installation charges without my authority. Now they say i have to pay Rs 660 as dues and blocked my connection. I have given complaint on phone and email and they have given token number. But no action taken or heard my side. Please ask them to reinstate by cable TV connection with out fail. Asianet token ...GA 91049160

Always showing contact Customer Care. No uSe. We are just simply paying the bill. Customer care executives are very useless fellows. They never help to solve our problems. Kindly refund my bill amounts as a compensation and my telephone charges
