Asianet — Worst service | |||
Hi, I would like to give you a compliment about your customer care/ servies that your customer care is 'terrible'. I have already called you many times (Monday onwards) and told you the issue about set top box and asianet digital connection problem. I was unable to watch tv on last one week. When i called the response from your side is very pathetic. It was really disappointing and i'm sick of your service for last one week. Either i may have to go to the consumer court or i would like to get a proper reply or make it clear soon. I'm not getting what the heck you are doing with the complaint i have reported to you, last one week we can't watch the programs. As a paid customer you must give me a proper connection and services.
