I worked at asit as a java trainer. This company hired me saying it is a permanent job position but the truth is it is only for 3 to 6 months contract. After the contract duration they will ask you to leave the company with out giving any notice period. This will never pay you last month salary. Very late in payment of salaries. You will receive salary only after 15th of every month that is only after 45 days and it is also completely doubtful. They need trainers only from june to november every year.
The training quality is horrible. Every year they cheat students by telling them they have tie up with big mnc s companies and they will send for placements. After the completion of training they will send for startup company walk in interviews. My co java trainer was not able to teach core java properly. Was this information helpful? |
