[Resolved]  Aspiring Minds (Amcat) — Neither reschedule nor refund my money.

I book amcat on 20 Feb, 16 in noida center. I am lived in rohtak.due to jat aarakshan aandolan, I told to customer care already many such of times to customer team member that my city all ways are blocked for coming to center so please reschedule my test without any extra fee. But every time, they ignore my complaint and make excuses. They love money more then students.they does not have care amcat taker life.such a inhuman peples.my economic condition is not good, with difficulty, I arrange the fee of amcat, but they doesnot listen me and my all money is wasted.such a worst amcat team.
