Sir, i have the honour to inform you that i am a consumer of aseb dergaon, bearing no[protected]. I have been receiving bills of almost the same amount for the last eight months which is based on a fabricated assumption that my meter has stopped functioning. But in reality, my meter is in good running condition and it is showing the consumption of each unit. But quite surprisingly they haven't paid any visit to verify the fact. As a corollary of their lethargic and irresponsible attitude, i am getting bills beyond my expectations. I want to make it clear that i don't have running water facility, refrigerator and air conditioner in my humble house. I take every possible care to ensure that nothing is run uselessly on electricity and still i don't understand why the authorities talk of "stopped meter".
