Assam State Electricity Board — Electricity Bill issue

Dear Concern, We are getting very trouble from Electricity billing service of our area, They never come to take the meter reading and don't create any bill against our electricity consume. Last Dec, 2014 I have visited the office and they provide me a pending four months bill without meter reading. Now I did not received any bill from Jan, 2015 and they did not come to take meter reading. Kindly check the issue and suggest me what to do.
