Hi,
I am residing at Mumbai and need to do my electricity payment regularly for the house located at Guwahati. Earlier I used to do the payment online till Feb 2015. However from March 2015 onwards, not able to do any online payment not the bills getting generated because of which it has becomes very difficult to do the electricity payment March 2015 month onwards.
Would request you to look into this seriously, So that people who are located outside Assam can do the electricity payment for there house from outside location as well.
Please look into it urgently as it is a serious concern.
