[Resolved]  Asus Zenfone Max — Phone dead problem within 2 months of purchase

I had purchase asus zenfone max on 8th of march 2016 from ganesh times ponda- goa & on 7th of may 2016 phone get automatically dead while charging, so on 8th of may 2016 i handover phone to shopkeeper for repairing purpose .

Than after i got phone call from service person from asus service centre panaji -goa to ask pin code of my phone & than i ask him whats the problem of my phone ? he reply that software problem & said that within 1 -2 hours your phone get automatically dead & also said that phone is not usable in future also, it will create same problem again & again after observation .

But now shopkeeper refuse to exchange pieces or cash back he says that your phone had some dent & but there is no dent from my side .

& this issue completed almost 1 month plz do the needfull.
