Atm Card — Phone banking

Today evening (23rd May 2017) my dad got call from these two numbers (Mobile No:[protected],[protected] for asking ATM bank account details and they miss used his information, my dad is from village so he does not aware of the information so he gave OTP password and the frauders taken money Rs.6000 to their paytm account .
When i called back them they are speaking in abuses language
