Respected Sir/Ma’am,
I, Ankit Singh am based in Vadodara presently. I have a Savings account at SBI.
On the 21st of Jun 22 at 21:36 hrs while carrying out a transaction on a merchant site- https://www.victoriassecret.com, I paid for my order via netbanking and Rs 9518.95/- got deducted from my account however, the transaction as per the site was unsuccessful and thereafter I tried again through UPI and this time transaction was successful.
I called up the SBI customer care on 21st Jun at around 22:15hrs and the the representative told me that the money has successfully deducted to Atom Technology which was a payment getaway for my transaction.
On the 23rd of Jun 22, I lodged a complaint at the SBI customer care for the reference id IGANURDBI7 with Customer Care Case:[protected] for TECHNOLOGY:INTERNETBANKING - ONLINE PAYMENT/TRANSFER - MERCHANT TRANSACTIONS.
The resolution that was sent to me was that my transaction was settled and successful and I need to check with my merchant. When I spoke to the merchant customer care; they told me to that no money has been paid to them and there’s no record on their system and to please check the same with the payment getaway partner- Atom technology.
This is the copy of the text message that came after money was deducted from my account:
Dear Customer, Thx for INB txn of Rs.9518.95 frm A/c X5645 to ATOM TECHN. Ref IGANURDBI7 on 21Jun22. If not done, fwd this SMS to [protected] to block INB or call [protected]-SBI
I request you sir/ma’am to look into the above case and help me get my refund of Rs 9518.95/- at the earliest. I would really be grateful to you if you could help me with my problem.
