Atos — Online PF transfer request from my old ATOS PF account to current PF account

I have submitted online PF transfer request from my old ATOS PF account to current PF account. Current status of my application is Pending at previous employer i.e ATOS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED. i have submitted multiple time but it got rejected by field officer.

Could you please check and resolve my issue as soon as possible.
