SUB: Complaint against Online Fraud by ATOZ Shopping Hub, for Rs 19, 999.00 and Mr. Deepak Sharma their sales person. Order number atoz_70010 on Atozshoppinghub I had received a call on my phone[protected] from a representative Mr. Deepak Sharma of the ATOZ shopping Hub, on 16 th May 2014 for special discount on products. I wanted to buy a Dish washer IFB and they put it on deal of the day for Rs. 19, 999.00 http://atozshoppinghub.com/ I paid an amount of Rs. 19, 999.00 on 16th May and got this message of Payment confirmation.( enclosed) Payment was made to http://atozshoppinghub.com/payment/ website [protected][protected][protected][protected] "Dear Mr Sharma, We are pleased to inform you that your product has been confirmed. You have done the payment of INR 19, 999/- against - IFB 12 Place Setting Zephyr DX Dishwasher. The product will be dispatched at your respective door-step within 5-7 working days. For any query, please feel free to call us on[protected] or mail us on [protected]@atozshoppinghub.com. We will be happy to serve you. Thanks for dealing with A TO Z SHOPPING HUB GROUP. Thanks & Regards Customer Care A TO Z SHOPPING HUB" [protected][protected]-- Their sales person was one Mr. Deepak sharma- Earlier phone- [protected]. Other number He informed that product will be delivered in 10 days. This phone number was later disconnected. Later they called and wanted to send a TV as Dishwasher was not available. I did not agree to this and asked for refund. Mr. Deepak Sharma confirmed that refund will be made. Since then no response and now number is disconnected. I have been calling this number many a times. Either they do not pick up or Mr. Deepak sharma informs that refund will be made, however no refund is received.
