Hi,

I sold my Moto G4 Plus to Atterobay on 16th of January 2017. Till today I am yet to receive payment from them (INR 3764.00). My order ID is KK[protected]. Attached is the screenshot of my portal which says that the payment has been approved on 1st Feb 2017. I repeatedly mailed at [protected]@atterobay.com, but every time they reply and say that the payment request has already been sent to the concerned team. Their call centre number [protected] is out of service for more than 4 months. They are looting people with this kind of a fake service. Any help will be highly appreciated.

Hi,

Order number MH[protected] is approved for payment on 27 Feb 2017 but till today 10 April 2017 I have not received the payment. Amount 627/-

Atterobay started cheating customer.
