I have ordered a pair of shoes on 6th Jan, 2023 with a promised delivery within 30days. More than a month has passed and there is no sign of the shoes. I have followed up on WhatsApp and email. Nothing seems to be working and they wanted me to cancel the order and keep the money with them as credit and use it for another purchase. When they cannot even comply with one order, I don't understand the policy behind keeping a credit of the unsuccessful orders.
By looking at the number of complaints, they are fraudsters who are out to make a quick buck and run away. Was this information helpful? |
