I have ordered a pair of shoes on 7/9/22 and already paid for it in advance. My order ID is 213566. Now on 18th sept I got a what'sapp msg from their shipping partner SHIPROCKET that your packet couldnot be delivered as delivery has been refused, pl reschedule the delivery. I rescheduled it though I had not refused the delivery. On 19th I tried to contact Attitudist on their customer care number but is getting disconnected showing reason that your mobile no has not been registerd. And I got a what'sapp message from them that your area is not serviceable and hence your goods has not been delivered. Pl re-order. I am not able to understand that my area is not serviceable than how they can deliver after re-ordering the same item. I requested them to cancel but there is no response from them.
