I would like to inform you regarding the recent fraud transaction happened on 31st January 2024 on AU Bank Credit Card and I am unclear about the below mentioned transactions amounting to 1, 87, 199.35 INR incurred using my AU Bank Credit Card ending with *** 7956:

Currently, AU Bank is urging me to repay the amount, citing that the transaction was validated by an OTP. However, I have been a victim of fraud, and I implore you to assist me promptly. I kindly request AU Bank to suspend the disputed amount until I gather all pertinent details about the perpetrators from Cybercrime and the RBI, and my complaint is duly addressed. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.
Moreover, AU Bank shares responsibility in this ordeal. Despite my repeated attempts via the IVR system, it took four attempts before connecting me to a customer associate. They allege I disconnected the call on the second and third attempts, but in situations requiring urgent assistance, the time it takes to reach their associates is crucial.
Furthermore, to file a cybercrime complaint, the transaction number is necessary for freezing the amount. However, AU Bank took a minimum of four hours to provide me with a reference number, and this was only conveyed during a virtual discussion with their associate, not through email. It appears that AU Bank lacks an emergency helpline response team capable of taking immediate action.
