I had purchased a Holiday Voucher and they had also offered food reimbursement of Rs.4000/-. when I claimed the reimbursement, the lady said to me that they have received the request and I will receive the cheque within one month. After waiting one month when I did not receive anything, I called the Customer Care and a lady named Priya old me as their server crashed, they do not have any details of my request and since the package expired they will not give reimbursement now.
This is fraud. They had no intention of giving any reimbursement and this was all a scam. Was this information helpful? |
