I have placed an Order of 3D Kagu Mats For Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza Black on Aug 24 2019 for Rs 4300/- .
The order number was #39262. Mr .Prathik was the contact person from Auto Divine .
He used to talk nicely and provided immediate response/call till i placed the order and done the payment through credit card.
After payment, they have only provided the Order number and after multiple follow ups via Whatsapp they have provided the product shipping details as follows:

Contact time : 10:30am to 6 pm
No Online Tracking, you could contact through call or sms/ Whatsapp
All products are insured by shipping company till delivery.

As the product was not delivered even after 8 days, i have contacted them again.But they never answer the call.
After multiple attempts, they have informed us to contact shipment agency number.
Again after multiple follow after 2 days, shipment agency mentioned that "the Article lost in indian Railways".
after that there is no update and they are not answering the call neither replying to whatsapp message.
I requested them to repay the amount, if they are unable to deliver the product .There is no reply.
After that i have searched in internet and several cases are launched in websites against this company.
Please help me to get my moneyback.
