I had ordered auto spare parts on date 26 november 2018. Order no is 28534. I did cash transfer by google pay i. E. Theirs phone no was the id in gpay. Phone no.

But then after two weeks delay the carrier told me they cannot deliver the product as they have no tie up with courier in kerala, so they sending it back. Mr. Vishal suggested i apply for refund. As suggested by mr. Vishal i contacted mr prateek and he told me he will send another same order by speed post next day. Next day i contacted him then he told me he has send it by speedpost but will give pod number next day. Till then he has not contacted me. I contacted him later on but he doesn't take the call. I messaged him but he did not replied. Later on i checked the website was blocked and there were other people he cheated. So that's why i am registering a complaint. Was this information helpful? |
