Dear Sir, i bought a bike in August 2012 and finance with Fullerton India, when i applied for loan they told me interest rate 10.30% and i have paid total installment 14 nos only, but when i got our welcome letter and loan scheduled. i totally shocked because they are charging 26.55% interest rate and increase my two installments 14 nos to 16 nos. i also found Rs. 5420.00 fraud please see as below. A My Bike total cash price 61000.00 B Down payment I have paid 32500.00 Less 2 Ad. Installments 5080.00 - 27420.00 C = (A-B) Balance (Loan Amount) 33580.00 D whereas they are declared my loan Amount 39000.00 when i asked Clarification for Rs. 5420.00 they are still not replied to me. Dear All,Please dont apply any loan from that abouve company and be careful about interest rate of any loan, be careful about paper work....
in that companythere are lack of service support, track of application, customer interaction, process update to customer...etc.
