Autocop — not providing door to door service as promised

I have purchased autocop central lock on 8 june 2017 on purchase they said we provide door to door service all over india but it is not working and now they say we will not provide in nashik but rest in india we provide. Worst customer service by them. At purchase they behave as gentleman but when customer call for service they behave rude and said do what u can. We will not provide service. Please suggest all persons not to purchase their items
