Avalon Group — Delay in possession of flat

My father purchased a flat in AVALON RANGOLI, DHARUHERA;SEC 24, In dec 2011 and made an agreement in Jan 2012.During the agreement the builder promised us that they would hand my flat in coming 3 and half year but its now end of 2016 . Almost delayed by 2 and half yr. When I and my father used to call them they say that they will give in coming 4 mnths. This words we are hearing from last 2 yrs .When i used to visit the site i dont see any workers or sometimes i see 4 workers working for more than 30p flats. THIS TIME I HAVE TAKEN PICS AND MADE A VIDEO FOR THE CONSTRUCTION UPDATE FOR ALL THE TOWER AND SAME I HAVE RECORED THE BUILDER VOICE ON MY MOBILE .Also Inspite of completing this projects the avalon group has started multiple projects in bhiwadi (Raj). Avalon builders making us and others fool. Haryana and Rajasthan govt should take strict action against these kind of cheaters builders . Hope i will see good result. I came across this complaint, and I think you have a strong case on merits. Would it be possible for you to share all the details such as the date on which property was booked, the amount that was paid, and the date on which the possession was supposed to be handed over but was not handed over to you. It is August 2017 & Flats have yet not been provided. People are really suffering because they need to taken double burden of EMI along with Rent. No concrete reply from builder

I M posting comment after 2 years, last comment I wrote was on Nov 5th 2016, still I havent got the flat which is booked in Avalon Rangoli, Dharuhera. Now this kind of cheater builder soon be seen behind the bar. I would request other customers pls be stay away this kind of builder .

Dear Sir,
We have purchased a flat in B2, avalon rangoli dharuhera 1002, from Avalon Group.
We have made 90% of the payment for our flat as per payment plan. The possession was scheduled in early 2015. The construction of building is partially done and there is no sign of further construction. This is our hard earned money which we have invested.
We request you to kindly intervene so that we can get our money back with due compensation

Dear All,

I am also suffering from this situation. I also booked a flat in Avalon Rangoli Dharuhera and still awaiting for possession. Now I have decided to withdraw and cancel the agreement with builder and demand from builder to refund all money that I have deposited along with interest. I am going to lodge complaint in police as well as in civil court. Anybody who wants to join me in this case please contact me, we can put presser on builder legally. Before starting this, I decided to join more people in this, so I came to this forum in search of more people who were harassed by this builder, because by going collectively we can definitely make a change and get result.
