I bought the laptop 2 years ago, it had warranty of 18 months at a time. Last year I got 6 months additional warranty through online registration. I bought My laptop on 19 oct 2020 it stopped working in the month of August. When I searched on internet many people who bought same model had same issue but their issue got fixed through the service centers of company. So I tried to reach the customer service but they didn't responded at all. They stopped their service centers some months before my laptop stopped working. Then I tried using their helpline number but again I didn't get any response. Was this information helpful? |
