Sir we took awesome holidays membership no. 0216 in october 2010. we were promised 3 complimentary Air Tickets with the package.We were promised that our holidays will be planned by the company.But after so many years despite repeated requests and complains they never call us except for asking the annual fee about which we were not told before hand.We were informed only about the 1 time membership fee.Despite paying the full membership fee plus annual fee for five years we have not been given any holiday package from awesome holidays .Despite our having peak season membership that is red whenever we ask for reservation they refuse giving one or the other excuse.Kindly look into our grievance.
