[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Amount deducted from my account but bsnl recharge is not happend

Hi,
I have made a transaction from Axis mobile banking to recharge my BSNL number on 25th-March, showing successful transaction and amount is deducted from my account but recharge of phone is not happened. I called customer care but they are not responding me with correct reason of this fault .Means we can't rely on you for any transaction and stop using your application and de-Active my account.
This is really disgusting .

Hi,

Complaint Number is '1255252 ' and transaction which happend was 'CVK2BD9R2192'.
Thanks for your support, reverting unsuccessful transaction and credit my money back into my account ON 28/March/2016.
