[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Axis Bank didnt unfreeze debit transaction from my saving account

Hi Sir/Mam,
I am existing customer of Axis Bank since 2011. I am a priority customer but not getting treated like that or Axis bank executives does not understand what it means by Priority.
My account is freezed for all debit and credit transactions. My salary could not get credited in my account for Aug month that was expected on 31Aug. It took 2 min to me to change my salary account. But it’s a loss for Axis bank only.
After 12+ years of relationship with Axis Bank, I was planning to extend my relationship with it and requested Manish Kumar Mani (Manager at SCO No 29, Sec 31-32 A Gurugram, Mob No +91 [protected]), at sector 31 Gurgaon branch to create family id and one daughter’s minor account because I had to open SSY account for her. Family id and daughter’s minor account is opened but he could not open SSY account even after one month of continuous follow-up. I got frustrated and cancelled to proceed further with Axis Bank because another bank did the same for me in just one week. Unfortunately, in these frustrating incidents, I forgot to submit my one document that was expected from me. Due to that my account got freeze and I accepted my mistake and went to Axis Bank, sec 31 Gurgaon branch to get it rectified.
Another frustrating incident happened when I met with another bank executive and told him entire story and requested him to get my account unfreeze. He gets my request form filled and get my Aadhaar copy and confirmed it will be done by 2 working days, and confirmed that cannot be done on same day. Service Request No –[protected] raised. But that great so called intelligent bank executive get it closed on same day mentioning “Apologies, your request could not processed further. Kindly contact branch for further details”.

Unfortunately, I could not find his name or other details in the ticket history otherwise I would have given his details as well here. But I am sure Axis Bank must know who was that great person who is expert in frustrating customer by extending the hustle and make it more painful. Just like government bank, visit multiple time if you want to resolve your issue. Axis Bank staff is also not capable enough that they could resolve the issue in one go.

Help Needed:
Now after so many frustrations caused by Axis Bank executives (i.e., Manish Mani - 91 [protected] email id Manish.[protected]@axisbank.com) that could not open SSY account in one month even after so many follow-up and executive who raised service request –[protected] but no intention to resolve the issue),
I am requesting to resolve just first 2 issues below (3rd option I leave on Bank intellect of justice): -
1) Get my saving account unfreeze for debit and credit as soon as possible.
2) Please do not open any SSY account any further because I got it opened in other bank.
3) Take strict action against Manish Kumar mani and person who raised[protected] but get it closed same day without resolving. They may give false reasons to justify themselves, but I have no reason to tell such concerns about these 2 person only other than unsatisfactory service received from them. Action by Axis Bank will ultimately benefit to Axis Bank only in retaining the customers in future.
With a good hope from Axis Bank Senior Executive, I am requesting to get above issues resolved ASAP without any hassle if they really want to retain customer like me.

Why my credit has been blocked. It was my salary account and my Aug month salary is not credited due to that. Is that legal. I have not received any response from customer support yet. Shared all evidences with them.
