Axis Bank — Axis bank not credited my refunded amount from amazon | |||||
Hi team, I had made an online transaction with amazon.in on 1st july 2017 using axis bank debit card ending with 4080. They have cancelled the item on 7th july 2017 and i got a message from amazon mentioning that the refund of rs.2439 is processed successfully and for delays over 4 days, contact bank with charge auth code #[protected]. I tried calling axis bank customer care numbers many times and the responses was really miserable. I have not yet received any refund till today.
