[Resolved] Axis Bank — axis direct charges - amount of 885 debited

I have a salary a/c in axis bank trivandrum branch, as informed by bank while opening the account debit, credit & demat account were free of cost & no charges will be levied on them as it is a salary account. Today (4th april 2020) i got a sms from axis bank informing that rs-885 has been debited from my account for consolidated dp charges. But i didn't buy / sell any stocks from this a/c, so why this dp charged? I demand proper justification with all brake up of dp charge from axis bank. I want to stop this. Even i have got the same message today, that my account is debited my Rs 885 on 4th April 2020, (AXISDIRECT).

Every month they charged some amount, i do not know the exact reason

I have got the same message that 885rs have been deducted. Please initiate refund axis bank. Its very illogical of deducting consumer bank account with out any prior information.

Axis bank deducted 885 rs from my account, without my concern, this is a frodgery, u cant deduct money without my permission, i will shut my bank acc, and also ask people not to invest in your bank, cos you people are fraud.

I got message on April 4th from axis direct they debited 885rs in my account, what is this, its really bad, I don't want this bank account, everytime without information how they were debited amount, it's really worst

Same here..I was told demat account comes free with my savings account..but suddenly they migrated demat Account to axis securities and charged for it..without even informing me ..else I would have closed the demat account...they are looting people for show off donations

On 3rd April 2021 an amount of Rs.885/- has been deducted. And NO notification, no OTP, and I am not applied for any demat account. I am not sure how they can do this without intimation.

Please return my money ASAP.

Even in my account i didn't sufficient amount. Initially they debited Rs.299.22 /- and for my personal emergency my friend credited 1000 rupees but now they debited Rs.585.78/-. NO notification, no OTP and am totally frustrated and helpless. Please return my money ASAP.

Make a call to 18002100808. They will help you out. It worked for me and my money is back now.
