Axis Bank — Cancellation of EDC 8156310

Address:Bitthal Mart , Kanth Road , District Moradabad. In front of St agnes convent school.

Respected Sir,
I would like to request a cancellation of EDC machine provided at Bithal Mart on behalf of curreng acc [protected] . Reason behind the cancellation of the machine is the customers are using UPI more then the Card and I am filling the bill regularly of the machin. So its my humble request to cancel the machine as soon as possible. The machine number is 8157310.
