Axis Bank — Charges on Credit card without activation ( unable to activate due to invalid details reported in card profile)

Axis Bank has issued a credit card to me but it has showing as invalid details on card to activate and unable to create pin number but bank has charged annual fees, during card issue they have clearly said that the card is lifetime free, there will not be any annual or maintenance fee for life time.

but they have charged now and doing fraud by imposing charges.

Updated by Thimmarayappa block list the bank and cancel the registration of bank Axis bank. it is making fraudulent.
