[Resolved] Axis Bank — Credit card harassment after settlement | |||||
Myself has made the one time settlement against my credit card : [protected] on 14.03.2016 and that time bank staff had given the settlement letter and confirmed your card issue was now closed no one contact you further for payment. but suddenly yesterday night police was came to my house and inquired about the credit card and i have clearly informed them "i have already done the settlement and shown the letter also" but the police says you have to come station and shown the letter there and they tell you come with some money. but i told them i will not come and am not doing any criminal activity and i have already properly closed the card. i dont know why axis bank has acted like this manner with customer!!!. my wife was a conceive (7 months) and she was badly affected mentally due to this incident. i need the immediate action against the axis bank and feedback required. Dear Sir / Madam.. Myself (M. Kalimuthu) had taken the Persona loan of Rs. 3, 20, 000 from Axis Bank and i have paid Rs. 1, 70, 000 and i could not able to pay the last 3 months EMI due to Continuous loss of Family members (Father & Sister Husband Died) and financial loss and crisis. My Present Outstanding Rs. 1, 50, 000 (principle) and Bank has offered the one time settlement of Rs. 120000 and i could not able to pay that much amount in my current position and i can able to make the payment of Rs. 60000 in 5 installments from August 2016. But instead of responding my offer bank had doing unwanted things (like Fake Advocate Notice Sent by mail by mentioning wrong amount and address) and block mail me by using the police name..I have already done the settlement of credit card by explaining my situation to bank and bank also known very well about my situation . But collection persons are tried to recover more money by doing unwanted things. I can able to do the one time settlement of Rs.60000 in 5 installments. I agree i have taken loan and utlized the amount and i have to repay the same. But please consider my present situation and financial status and help me.. I dont have any other way except suicide if your collection persons harassed me because we have already receiving the harassment from your end for already settled Credit card. So please help

My husband had taken Axis Bank credit card and was regularly paying every month till he lost his job. The amount due is Rs 50, 000. We had written a mail to Axis Bank credit card division that we will not be able to pay but will surely pay after he gets a job. The Agency person had sent a collection person to collect the amount from us. The Agent who spoke to me on the phone was very rude . As my husband was out of station i attended the call. He abused me in all filthy words n told to beg on the streets get the money. Is this what Axis Bank is? I m.very ashamed and disappointed. We live in Bangalore.
I have a credit card in axis bnk by d pressure of a staff of axis bank my father created after that I purchased 3000rupess thn I pay with interst 5200.nw axis bnk staff saying 15000interst u have to pay other wise we have to arrest. Can I put against a case. They are doing mentally torcher my mother is heart patient. Wt to??????
