Axis Bank — Credit card issue - card disabled without notification | |||||
Provided credit card, taken statement bill, paid joining fees, but they disabled credit card without intimation They are saying that certain processes which they should have executed before assigning credit card are not finished yet Weird justification They took this decision by them self in single room n they felt customer should not be made aware about this (I did not receive single email or sms - no intimation at all) My problem is i[censored] dont want to give service you should have courage to initiate refund n close my card But axis bank seems to have forgotten to follow their brand statement On call today with axis bank 24th dec 2016 from 12.25 onwards, still people are finding procedures to resolve this issue Was this information helpful? | |||||
