Axis Bank — credit card settlement urgent | |||
Hello sir, I had a credit card of axis bank and i received a bill from axis bank in dec 2018 and due to auto debit they kept deducting minimum charges. They did not inform me about the charges i was paying. Due to hard time at work at that time i was not able to check my emails or account statement about this. I had a clear history with credit cards before dec 2018. Now i do not have any job. I want to settle the amount and i have called axis bank regarding this. But no fruitful reply has been received. Please help. I can not pay more than 10000 rs. I do not have money with me. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have applied for new saving account at Mansa(Gandhinagar) on 16th October with all the required documents and cheque for Rs 6000.
But till now, I haven't received any message nor any response from the bank side. I had visited so many times, but not a positive response from them.
