Axis Bank — Customer harassment | |||
More than 15 days back I registered a complain regarding the issue where I am unable to regenerate my net password with forget password option, not getting otp in my register mobile number but getting all other notifications. 15 days back I put a complain, but no action, when 3days back again i called to enquir customer care people they said very casually that 'no madam, no action has been taken yet, its pending'. Again I put one complain n wasted again 10 mins, n they told within 2 days they WL solve. Its really ridiculous n unlike other banks...after this I am planning not to continue with this bank n I will HV to close the account as there is no other option. Will wait for 2 more days n then... I sent a mail to nodal officer but no response, it seems top to bottom all irresponsible. Already I have cancelled my all other plans with axis bank. Really ridiculous, how a bank can be so casual with a serious issue may be They do not care their customers...something must b fishy... Thanks, Was this information helpful? | |||
