[Resolved] Axis Bank — Delayed refund | |||||
I have transferred Rs.2000 on 14th of December through IMPS. My account has been debited but the beneficiary account has not been credited. I was told that the money will be reverted to my account within 48 hours. Neither the money has not been reverted nor I got proper response from customer care. It's been almost 7 days. I registered my complain on dtd.08/12/16 &no. is 26892816 through mobile. Still I hv not received any response after said complain or refund.
