[Resolved] Axis Bank — double payment and wrong reply by axis bank | |||
I paid mcd fee for dog licence through my yes bank online . After pin feed it showed transaction failed I checked from yes bank who confirmed that money debited I rang Axis Bank it guided to pay again and previous transaction will be refunded by my banker. I paid again but both bank kept passing on each other. Yes bank says Axis bank claimed both while Axis bank says go to yes bank. Complaints bank my banker replied axis bank did not accept refund of double payments Was this information helpful? | |||
