[Resolved] Axis Bank — ECS has not been stopped after submitting ECS stop form | |||
I wanted to stop my ECS from my A/C name of Capital First. I have submitted ECS stop Form to my home branch which is Noida 51 sec brach. Firstly from bank representative i got to know it will take 15days to stop this service. after 15 days Days when there was again deduction happened from my a/c for ECS. The bank representative again informed that it will take 45 day max to stop the service. Although I have submitted my Form on July 10th 2014. Yesterday when i have gone to my branch for confirmation wheather the ECS has been stop or not, they were unable to inform me that. They have sent a mail to confirm the status. Still now i have no status wheather it has been Stopped or not. Kindly Help. Was this information helpful? | |||
