[Resolved] Axis Bank — fraud & loot | |||
Its been more than 15 days that i have lodged a complaint for operational issues in my credit card with this bank but to my amazement despite of several requests and complaints regarding unnecessary deduction in my account but i haven't got my complaints resolved yet.. Made several calls on customer care numbers to lodge fresh service requests and complaints a number of times but all in vain, i have not been given any solution to the problem yet. I am really fed up with the mismanagement and bad treatment of the customer care officers and the employees of this bank. Was this information helpful? | |||
