[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Gold Loan

I applied for Gold Loan around Jan'22 end and received approx Rs 56000 in my account. After a week, when I went to Axis SahakaranagarBranch Bangalore, I met Bharathi M N ([protected]), who issued the Loan amount, to request her to deposit Rs10000 against my loan. To my surprise she asked me for Welcome card ( I don't remember receiving it) and on request, she gave me my Loan account number with one digit less. [protected]. I am highly apprehensive of my Gold and mental health with this fishy experience. I need clarification and specifics .

We understand that you visited the branch and asked for partial deposit of cash amounted 10000, then later you were asked for the closure of gold loan process. so our staff Ms Bharathi asked you GDR copy so you got misunderstood about closure and partial payment and Ms Bharathi given a correct loan account number. Further, we understand that Branch Official contacted you and clarified about the gold account number process and resolved. Regards, Team Axis Bank.

The Loan account number I agree, is correct. But I don't understand the closure request. Who said, I was there for closure. And how can I, coz they said at the time of application that the tenure of loan is for a year. Kindly explain why is the closure request in the picture ? I was there for partial payment of Rs 10000. Period.

I need an apology from Bharathi for the confusion. I never asked for closure. I don't accept your explanation in that regard .
