Axis bank charged excess roi for my home loan.in feb 2009 i was taken 29, 30, 000/- and closed this loan in feb 2015. during this 6 yrs period i have paid emis for more than rs 24 lacs. also paid around rs 25 lacs for loan closure as per their demand. bank has charged excess my hard earned money by changing roi several times on the name of rbi permission. Roi at the time of loan taken 8.75% Roi changed several times later on from 11.90 to 12.50%! Tenure at the time of loan taken 180 emis for 15 yrs Tenure changed by axis bank later on from 180 to 215 emis! Their loan calculation structure has separate pattern to collect huge interest than premium from the date we start emis.. Usually banks takes hundred of signatures initially, like call money gangs as permission granted by rbis. Rbis doesn't know all these frauds since no customer rise the issues since these are all confused calculations for common customers. At least from here after poor or middle class families can save their hard earned money if rbis strict over those banks like axis bank. Was this information helpful? | |||||
