[Resolved]  Axis Bank — I changed my mobile number but I am not receiving otp to enable my login id

I am Mythri. I am a axis bank customer since a long time. I have changed my mobile and even though I changed it did not get updated everywhere, I am receiving messages whenever I am using it on UPI and others, but when I try to enable my login details I am not receiving any OTP. I have tried all ways and whenever I reach out to customer care they say I will receive OTP to my old mobile number. I mean, how can this be possible, I have changed it to new one and when I convey that they say we are sorry ma'am please contact the branch. Right now I am working and its not possible for me to visit my home branch.
