[Resolved]  Axis Bank Limited — Reg : Axis Bank has no idea about my money

Hi, I did a transaction on 01st October, 2014 of INR 1000 which did not go to the concern person and did not even got reverted to my account. I called axis bank and they gave me a service request number which is 11130671. I called after few days it was into processing. I again called after few days it was still into processing. I asked for some senior person so they transferred my call to a lady name Vimala Karupaswamy where she gave me another service request number[protected] and also said that there would be a call back but till today (16th October, 2014) there was no call. I again called today where I spoke to some agent and still they dont have any update. This is quite amazing. I just want to know where is the money and by when it would be transferred.
